I’m a huge fan of Lorac’s shadows. If you read my post about my favorite eyeshadow formulas, you’ll know just how much I love them. So when I heard they were coming out with a new palette, I knew I had to get my hands on it. I decided to hold off until a sale, though, because I was trying to be good with my money. So when Ulta sent me a coupon for $10 off Lorac, I knew I had to get it.
It’s officially back to school time! For everyone who is going away to college for the first time, it can be daunting trying pack up. You don’t know what you’re going to need and what you won’t and the fear of forgetting something important is always haunting you. I know I definitely made some huge mistakes when packing my first year, but I have corrected them in my two years since. Below are my tips on how to avoid some of the biggest mistakes people make while packing.
One thing that I have been absolutely loving lately is the look of layered, dainty necklaces. I think they look so effortlessly chic and cool with any outfit. I found this brand called Stargaze, and fell in love with their stuff. The prices are a little more that I would normally pay, but they were having a 50% off sale, so I decided it would be a good time to splurge. Below are pics of everything I got!
Hello again! It’s time for another monthly favorites! Hopefully everyone’s summer is going super well and you’re having great weather! Personally, I’m super excited for fall to come, because I’m over having all these 90+ degree days. I’m too tan for all my face makeup and don’t have the money to buy all new stuff. But anyways, favorites time!
I had been wanting to try out a Luna for the longest time, but the price always puts me off. Like they range from $99 to $199, so I kept telling myself I’d wait and ask for it for Christmas. While looking around at the Nordstrom sale, I saw the original Luna Mini was on sale for $74, and I had a $10 Nordstrom Note, bringing the price down to $64. Still not cheap, but definitely more affordable. I have been using this for the past four days now, so I thought it would be a good time to share my first impressions! And then after about a month of use, I’ll share my thoughts for how it works long term.
Since we are almost at the end of July, I thought it would be a good time to share the makeup that I’ve been doing this summer! I like to keep it pretty simple, using as little product as I can so I don’t sweat it all off. I like to focus mainly on my eyes, and just touch up other areas as needed.
Although we’re only half way through the summer, in fashion seasons, we’re at the beginning of fall. This means that all stores are clearing out their summer stock in order to make room for fall fashion. This makes it the perfect time to stock up on summer clothes, because everything is so cheap! I put together a list of some of my favorite sales, so you can check them out and hopefully snag some awesome deals!
